Portella Custom Doors, LLC., warrants its steel doors, windows and glass, to be free from defect in material and workmanship (excluding finish) and will repair or replace any defective product or parts at Portella Custom Doors’ sole discretion. Portella also warrants factory-applied product finishes. Each of our product lines carry exceptional limited warranties as indicated:
Artisan Series
These Products have a limited 20-year material warranty, a 10-year limited warranty on glass, and a 5-year warranty on finishes (Specialty Glass, Hardware or Finishes Manufacturer warranty applies).
Classic Series
These Products have a limited 10- year material warranty, a 10-year limited warranty on glass, a 5-year limited warranty on finish. (Specialty Glass, Hardware, or Finishes Manufacturer warranty applies).
